The mineral processing process is divided into 4 steps:
1) Crushing and screening process: jaw crusher (fine jaw crusher/cone crusher), vibrating screen
2) Grinding and classification process: ball mill/rod mill (150-200 mesh), spiral classifier/high frequency screen/water flow cyclone

Introduction:

Gravity mineral separation equipment, referred to as gravity separation equipment, uses the difference in specific gravity between different minerals and separates different minerals with the help of gravity or centrifugal force to achieve separation processing. There are many gravity separation methods, such as shaking table gravity separation, spiral classifier separation, spiral concentrator separation and heavy media mineral processing. In gold concentration, the commonly used gravity separation machines are gold shaking table, spiral classifier and spiral concentrator. It has the advantages of strong adaptability, high sorting recovery rate and low cost.

Introduction:

Flotation machine is also called flotation cell, which is the mineral separation equipment based on different physical and chemical properties of mineral particles, difference floating or chemical reaction to separate materials.

The flotation separation process mainly includes:
  • ① The ore is sent into jaw crusher for primary crushing and then grind the ore finely by the ball mill or rod mill to dissociate useful minerals from gangue minerals.
  • ② Separate the ore by the flotation machine. The cleaned and grouped materials will be sent into flotation machine for recovery and enrichment.
  • ③ After flotation separation, the ores will be processed by thickener and then dried by rotary dryer, thus the whole flotation separation process is finished.
